The Mettle Grill

First time visiting The Mettle Grill and I was very impressed! The sweet potato fries were so fresh, and the chicken Alfredo was by far the best I’ve ever had, clearly homemade and absolutely delicious. The chef even came out to make sure we enjoyed our meal, which was so kind. We later found out he’s actually the owner, and I love seeing that level of genuine care and pride in a business. We will absolutely be back!

I went here for dinner 6 pm. I was seated quickly there was a sparse crowd. The waitress did the drink and menu quickly and when asked gave a few suggestions. I decided on the jalapeno burger with regular fries. When my order arrived it was hot and appealing to the eye. The fries were tender inside and crispy on the outside, perfect. The burger was cooked well and tasted delicious. I would definitely endorse this establishment.

One of our favorite hidden gems in Lincoln! They’re notorious for their chicken sandwich and I always love their wings. I hear their fish is good as well; looking forward to trying to during lent.

Got the fried chicken sandwich to go but wish I had time to dine in because the space looked so cozy and inviting. My food tasted amazing, and the fries were seasoned to perfection. Service was great and quick, and the menu prices were very reasonable, too.

Amazing place to try. Drinks and food are both delicious, and the staff and very kind and attentive. I had the espresso martini and fried chicken sandwich with fries and ranch. Definitely will be back here! Jackson was a fantastic server!

I found the prices to be decent, making it a reasonable choice for lunch. If I could change anything about the restaurant, it would be the atmosphere. It felt a bit bleak, which detracted from the overall experience. Overall, a solid choice, but a better atmosphere would make it more inviting.

The Mettle Grill is a welcoming spot with a casual, comfortable atmosphere. We tried the chicken Southwestern wrap and the wings, and both were absolutely delicious—flavorful, well-seasoned, and satisfying. The staff was attentive and friendly, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. True to my style, I didn’t take any pictures—just enjoyed the meal and the moment. A great spot for a casual lunch or dinner with friends.

The website was so easy to use to place my order. They stayed in contact about the order and it was ready on time! Great experience! Not to mention, the bread pudding is the best I’ve had!!
